Expert Witness
There will always be a need for Expert Witnesses in our Industry. Whilst this may be a sad fact, it is essential that such a role is properly carried out to a high professional standard. This role is only undertaken by Partners or the most senior staff of Peter North & Partners who are members of the Expert Witness Institute.
Our experience of expert witness encompasses Arbitration, Mediation and Arbitration as well as Legal Proceedings. We are able to prepare reports which are both fully detailed yet succinct for those for whom they are prepared.
The role of Expert Witness is commonly undertaken by PNP which can be as a Single Expert or Joint where the role is to satisfy both parties to a dispute. Any report written will be fully compliant with the latest requirements of the Civil Procedure Rules.
